Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Andrés Gomez founded FWS with a mission shaped by his own life experiences. After immigrating to the United States at the age of eight and spending many years navigating life as an undocumented immigrant, he came to understand the importance of financial education and the opportunities it creates.

Determined to build a different future for his family, Andrés immersed himself in learning about personal finance, investing, and wealth building. Today, he is dedicated to helping individuals and families—especially within the Latino and immigrant communities—gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions, build lasting wealth, and create generational impact.

As Founder and Lead Financial Advisor, Andrés believes financial planning is about more than numbers. It's about empowering people to pursue their dreams, protect what they've built, and create a legacy for the generations that follow.

Outside of work, Andrés enjoys reading, attending concerts, exploring art installations, and spending quality time with his wife and their two daughters.
